This becomes sad when many culinary partnership businesses only develop rapidly at the beginning of weakness. The purpose of this study is to describe the negative impact of the ease of entering into culinary partnership agreements in Indonesia. This research uses normative legal research methods or library research or document studies. Normative legal research is a legal research whose research is conducted by examining literature (secondary data) to answer the legal issues under study. Based on the results of the study it was found that in the absence of rules regarding the period of time allowed for a business to open a partnership agreement to the development community, partnership agreements, especially in culinary businesses, do not get legal certainty if in the future the business carried out suffers a loss.
